Alice Lee Giannetta is the founder and CEO of the Queen of the World Pageant.
Alice is also a wife, attorney, activist, Mrs. World 2018, and the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award for community service by the President of the United States, Donald J. Trump. Alice is a first generation American, living the American dream.
Alice immigrated to the United States with her family when she was 8 years old and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. She graduated from Stony Brook University with a Bachelors in Political Science. She received her Juris Doctorate from the City University of New York School of Law.
Alice specializes in complex commercial litigation and works at an international law firm in New York City and has been practicing law since 2009.
Alice's life has been a testament to her long time philanthropic and advocacy work in the areas of gender equality, education, and diversity. Alice is a member of The Children’s Aid Society of New York 501(c) 3 , where she sits on the Associate’s Council.
Alice mentors homeless youths at the Covenant House of New York, and supports the United Nations Women Committee. Alice is an advocate for the equal treatment of women in the workplace.
Alice has been recognized for her philanthropy by various organizations and the Office of the President of the United States. In 2017 she was honored by the Morris County Board of Freeholders in New Jersey. In 2018 Alice was awarded the "Distinguished Inspiration Trailblazer Award” by the Organization of Chinese Americans in New York. In 2019, Alice received the Lifetime Achievement Award from President Donald J. Trump for her lifelong commitment to volunteerism.
Alice served her state as Mrs. New York in 2017, where she was the first Asian woman to win that title in its 45 years history . She then went on to represent her Chinese heritage as Mrs. Hong Kong 2017, winning the crown and title of Mrs. World 2018. Alice was the first Chinese woman to win the Mrs. World crown in its 35 years history.
Alice resides in New York City with her loving husband Pasquale, and their two dogs, Mia and Button. Alice is also an equestrian and enjoys competing with her horse Luna at the US Equestrian Federation shows.

My platform is to help undeserved children all over our world. Since winning Mrs. World, I have helped countless children and charities in my home state of New York, all over the United States, Russia, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, China and South Africa.
In 2019, I was proud and honored to receive the Lifetime Achievement Award from President Donald J. Trump for my lifelong commitment to volunteerism.
